Another reason to do asalary evaluation is that the market value of some jobs changes quickly.Distilling Labor Costs• Permanent employees – This includes full-time or part-time employeesand those eligible for benefits.• Contingent employees – This includes fee-based or temporary employeesand generally entails a more variable cost.• Outsourcing - This is a contractual relationship with another organization.
