READING ROMANS IN CONTEXTWatson, Francis. Reading Romans in Context: Paul and Second Temple Judaism. Grand Rapids,MI: Zondervan, 2015. 187pp. Ebook.IBSN 978-0-310-51796-2. US$19.99There are several editors listed for this book which include John K. Goodrich whoreceived his PhD, from the University Of Durham in the United Kingdom who currently worksas an Associate Professor of Bible program Head at the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago; JasonMatson who also received his PhD, from Durham University UK who currently works as anAssistant Professor of Theology at Houston Baptist University; and Francis Watson who receivedhis DPhil from Oxford University and is currently a Professor of New Testament Exegesis at theUniversity of Durham. All the editors of this book currently attend or have attended at Durham University, thiswould lead me to the conclusion that having hailed from the same school this would indeedaffect their objectivity and presupposition in much the same manner as similar National FootballLeague (NFL) Coaches coming from the same Head Coach to later go on to become headcoaches themselves. In which they tend to harbor similar training and coaching philosophies andmethods that were learned from their time with their mentor and fellow Head coach.
