COMPASS Mentor Expectations and Application Thank you for your interest in the student mentor position for the 2018-2019 COMPASS program. While applying to this position please take careful consideration of the following: Ø Once your application has been received, you will have to go through an interview process conducted by the Student Success staff Ø The summer program will run from Wednesday, August 15th through Thursday, August 23rd. You will be required to return to campus Tuesday, August 14th. Ø It is expected that you will remain on campus for the nine-day Summer program of COMPASS. Ø Once the Summer COMPASS program has ended you will transition into school year mentorship responsibilities which include: attending one group meeting per/month; selecting and attending two campus events during the fall semester with COMPASS Scholars; providing mentorship and support for COMPASS Scholars during Fall and Spring 2018/2019.
