Case # 3 "Passionate Pursuits" (Patagonia) Due Nov 18 Read Case Application #3 on Page 355 and answer the four questions found at the end of the case. You will need to do some outside research and find out how Patagonia motivates its workers and is it either positively correlated or uncorrelated to motivating employees. Is there a limit to making people feel good versus paying them well? ie. before the motivation loses its value? Remember anything less than 8 pages will receive a very low grade.
