After reviewing Chapter 3 section 3.2 I feel the step that I use with ease would be connecting. I feel that this step is always easy for me for the most part because I can usually relate to a situation. For example, when applying for a job you’re normally asked to provide a time that you’ve had to do certain things related to the job you’re seeking. I find it easy to connect and explain past or similar experiences. The step that I find to be most challenging would be the attending phase. I chose this step simply because I always start out knowing what I want to say or do. Normally I start out excited and ready to take on the assignment with high energy, but by the end I’m always fighting to keep the same energy that i led with.
