2 JETVALUE AIRWAYS ANNUAL INVESTOR REPORT Abstract This annual investor report states the overall financial evaluation and key decisions and management strategies of the airline. Financial factors such as overall performance, income statement and the balance sheet would be displayed later on in this report. Our airline has achieved net profits of up to $1.2 million and a gross revenue of up to $19.8 million. Under the new management, we produced a staggering 1404% increase of net profits from Q0 to Q6. Later on in this report, a breakdown of decisions and management strategies from Q0 to Q6 would be shown. All in all, with the excellent management, JetValue Airways achieved almost 4 times higher net profit than the industry’s average. In addition, we also achieved approximately 2 times higher net profit compared to the second placing competitor. Also, we also have the highest stock price and highest revenue obtained.
3 JETVALUE AIRWAYS ANNUAL INVESTOR REPORT Introduction It was a 6 quarters ago that JetValue Airways had a complete turnover of management. It has indeed been a challenging year, not just for JetValue Airways but also for the global aviation industry as a whole. Volatile fuel prices and the constant threat of terrorism continues to plague the industry, but JetValue Airways will continue to manage and, if possible, mitigate these factors to continue to make the airline sustainable and profitable. Upon takeover, the airline was providing air carrier services to cities and towns that were unattractive to large carriers because of the small population size or the limited facilities at the various local airports. There are 3 other competitor airlines serving regional routes that pushed JetValue Airways to optimize performance and propel it to the top. This report charts the growth and struggles of JetValue Airways from a humble regional airline to the region’s most profitable airline through many ups and downs. We hope to highlight in this report, how and why this was possible.
