DISCUSSION 2 Effect of Globalization and Technology on Religion: Student reply Globalization and technology have played a big role in spreading religion all over the world. Technology and innovation have promoted accessibility of religious content of all religion in the world. To add on this, the onset of the internet has facilitated sharing of religious ideas and ideologies to all members from all walks of life. I agree with my colleague that technology has put religion in the believers' fingertips.
