PROTECTION SPECIALISTS 2 Protection Specialist Best Practices Protection specialist is a profession that involves individuals being given the duty of offering varied security services to person who might have higher chances of experiencing insecurity. There are various types of security that a protection specialist can offer. However, the nature of security specialist is determined by the kind of security that is required for the person being protected. It is important to note that the earning for the protection special professions like any other career depends on the qualification the level of experience (Glazebrook, 2003). In hiring a protection specialist, there are various factors to be considered. A successful protection specialist should have military training and experience. Secondly, the candidate should have great commutation skills, and the ability to make good judgment and wise decision in the face of insecurity. The individuals should also be able to have great driving skills. A successful candidate should be medially fit. He or she should be medically proven to have sound mind. One of the major attributes that is a requirement for any protection specialist include the ability to have sound mind. An Individuals can be disqualified if she or he as proven to have suffered any mental disorder.
