PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL2The purpose of a performance appraisal is to evaluate employee performance throughout a timeframe; typically, 30-90 days or annual. What the report does is help the employee with feedback on specific tasks and trainings they may have completed or that they still need to do. Those that give the appraisal are the direct manager/supervisor and the HRM to provide the feedback of the employees’ contribution and the value they bring to the company.
