DISCUSSION P1: If torture can be proven to be an effective means of preventing further occurrences of crime, if it proves to be an effective means of obtaining correct information, if proven that in extreme cases it doesn’t lead to death or impairments (Physically/Mentally), and if it can be fiscally proven to be the ideal means of obtaining information from terror suspects, then it is a permissible method of getting information. P2: No indisputable evidence exists to prove that torturing suspected criminals in any way prevents further occurrences of crime at any time at any part of the world P3: Notable evidence that exists proves that torture as way means of extracting information is unfathomable and at no point, it is justified that the torturer will obtain the correct information P4: Scientifically it has proven that victims of torture in their lives suffer physically and mentally and deaths at the extreme.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
