Response to Williams,  The discussion simplified the application of subjective performance, the discussion was well researched and detail, it also explained the main points clearly. I agree with you that whenever a company adopts a new performance measure then it will create fairness concerns that will motivate the manager to use their personal preferences when they make a subjective decision. For subjective performance to work better employees in a company should spread their duties evenly throughout the company (Fehrenbacher, Schulz & Rotaru, 2018). I also agree with you that some company cannot get correct objective information on organizational performance, therefore, it should do research to find information that the company needs to use to evaluate performance. References Fehrenbacher, D. D., Schulz, A. K.-D., & Rotaru, K. (2018). The moderating role of decision mode in subjective performance evaluation. Management Accounting Research , 41 , 1–10.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
