There is several information that I found to be interested when I visited the Poverty USA website. As a teacher in the 4K program, I understand the important of providing parents information regarding their child/children. One of the information on the Poverty website that I thought was fascinating was the resource sections that are provided in three unit based on the grade levels. Under the grade K-5, there are information that can be share to help end poverty in a community. According to Poverty USA, one of the descriptions of poverty is when a person does not have enough to fulfill their basic human needs, and a person is poor when they cannot afford the essential of daily life. The web provided further information on how to get involved and information that can be discuss with the community regarding poverty in the United States.
