Can you think of similar instances of change project failure from your own experience? In my current place of employment, management decided to implements a project separating employees into specific departments such as, legal team, set-up team, escalations, and payment processing, but failed to give proper notice to the employees. This caused quite the chaos for a good 2 months, and employees were quitting due to failure of communication and lack of training. This unannounced change was reverted back to normal, as management was able to see their mistakes in rolling out major changes without proper communication, training, and approach. 3. What are the main takeaways about how to increase the success of a change initiative?
