2 Chapter 3: Research Methodology 1.1. Research Methods The research method is completely depended on data which is linked with the given topic of the study. The two research method which is used by the investigator in the way to attain the stated objectives of the research. However, these methods are quantitative and qualitative that is selected as per the requirement of the study[Lyn10]. Qualitative is that type of research method which helps the investigator to concentrate on developing the content or verbal data instead of any statistical or experimental information. Moreover, on the other side, the quantitative research method is meant at assembling the use of statistical or numerical data for the determination of examining the research objective. For this considered research quantitative research method is used for the reason that it is concentrating on collecting the numerical data for attaining the purpose of the study[DKB06]. 1.2. Research Approach There are two different research methods that can be used by the investigator for defining the aims and ideas of the study. There are two types of research approaches, which are elaborated below: 1.2.1. Inductive Approach Inductive approach is also identified as the top down approach as it highlights on the studies that is change from the particular viewpoints to the common viewpoints. It is consider as the use of assumption for narrowing down the scope of the study. Moreover, the inductive approach is an approach in which the investigator applies the verbal information for attaining the aim and objectives. In addition, the investigator uses the preceding studies and examines the related research to the perspective so that the study is successfully completed. [Uwe11].

3 1.2.2. Deductive Approach Deductive is identified as the top down approach because it highlights the studies that changes from common perspective to the precise perspectives. This is the research approach in which the investigator uses research questions in order to achieve the purpose of the study. On the other hand, under the deductive approaches the investigator is able to study the use of statistical approaches for in order to analyse the research aim and objectives. In this study, this research approach is used because of the fact that it helps the researcher in assessing the research context through the use of statistical method. Moreover, it is shown that with the help of this approach the foremost purpose of
