Introduction The purpose of this report is to show how important is to implement a new diversity policy for Atlassian. We have collected data, feedback and crossed them with a SWOT analysis to reach a policy that must be more effective than the current one. What research has been conducted We have collected data from diversity in the Tech industry that has shown that we are behind of mostly the top tech companies regarding diversity. For example, while Linkedin has about 42% of female employees, we have roughly 25%. This data showed us how important is to implement a new diversity policy in order to improve our contribution towards equality. Why the organisation needs the new Diversity Policy Ensure that social inclusion principles are integrated with all aspects of our work. The way we treat staff and develop and manage an increasingly diverse workforce will impact how we work collaboratively with those who need our support, are vulnerable and marginalised, acknowledging their skills and expertise.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
