Plan and Implement an Online Campaign: Sanitarium Part A: Planning Background The marketing plan for the Weet-Bix was developed accordingly to the company’s marketing priorities which are: Increased brand awareness Enhanced nutrition and well-being message Value-for-money Brand alternative/loyalty switch from other brands As per company’s request, in order to achieve the marketing priorities outlined above, we are going to use social media as it the most powerful way to reach company’s marketing objectives. Among the benefits of using online marketing: Create posts for target markets; High conversion rate; Better costumer experience; Improve brand loyalty; Cost-effective; Gain marketplace insights, and more. Social Media Platform There are several options of social media platforms that can be used to promote Weet-Bix, such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter. The chosen social media platform for this campaign was Facebook as it is where Sanitarium has more followers and could be better explored. Also, we consider that we can increase the number of followers so we can enhance our social media presence on the marketing campaign. Marketing Activities In order to achieve the marketing campaign priorities, we are going to put in place the following marketing activities: Increased brand awareness: Ads posts on Facebook to promote the brand and increase the number of followers; Enhanced nutrition and well-being message: Communicate the nutritional value and
