MARKETING STRATEGIES: 2 Abstract The study above investigates factors that would influence the market entry in the Singapore market. Among other things that would be influenced in this case are the studies that investigate the strategic motives, location and choice, and overseas entry mode strategies that can be used in an emerging market multinational enterprise regarding the case study of IT Company in Singapore. By use of empirical findings from the semi structured interviews, the study made a clear justification that the key aspect behind the success of the IT companies in Singapore became as a result of opportunity seeking in terms of enhancing the market returns based on investments made on IT by companies in Singapore. Even though the Stone forest IT applied different entry strategies depending on the Singapore market, the company is merging with other companies and purchasing the other small companies in order to dominate the market at Singapore. _Emerging_Market_MNEs_A_Case_Study study of stone forest IT in Singapore Acknowledgement I would like to pay tribute to all the supporters of this research and to be specific the Singapore government for making it possible for the access of various business premises within the country.
