Remedial activity includes four essential advances – plan, do, check and activity. It is known as PDCA cycle that assistance in distinguishing and taking out the issue from its underlying foundations. At the initial step – plan, it is vital to design the exercises, further in the second step, it needs to execute. At the third step, it needs to screen consistently lastly at the fourth step, it needs to make a move for its end or correction. For this situation, plainly it is essential to make the disciplinary or restorative move against the worker who came late for multiple times in multi month that is against the approach.
