Unformatted text preview: M ichigan State Univer sity 1 Running Head: Leader Observation Report Group/Leader Observation Report 2 3 Leadership Role Model Description Throughout my lifetime I have had many leaders with all different kinds of leadership approaches. The effectiveness of the different leadership approaches depended on the situation. My soccer coach clearly had different ways and behaviors than the priests at my church. In another comparison, however, the many priests Ive had thought my life also have had different levels of effectiveness as a result of their approaches and behaviors. Maries father has been an alcoholic since she was very young. Even though she has come to accept the fact that hes an alcoholic, it was very hard growing up with this. He has become a better person now, however, through her 5 childhood it was hard for Marie to have a father who never came to her games or school plays to support her. Her mother had always been her backbone and supported Marie however she could while also supporting all her brothers and...
