STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING FINAL EXAMINATIONDirectionsfor submitting your examination:The final exam is consists of the following:• Section 1: Multiple Choice/True False (100 pts)• Section 2: Learning Essays (100 pts)• Section 3: Case Study (100 pts)• Section 4: Video/Video Script (100 pts)Read each question carefully. Acceptable answers demonstrate critical thinking and a thorough understanding of the material. ISSA encourages extracurricular research to enhance information and concepts in the course. A passing score of 75% or better is required on each section of the exam. Your certification is granted when all the sections have been completed with a passing score. If you receive a non-passing score on a section of the exam, you will be notified and given the opportunity to resubmit that section.1. Type a cover pagewith only the following information:• Name as you wish it to appear on your certificate• Current mailing address• Current phone number• Current email2. Arrangethe contents of your examin the following order from first to last:1. Cover page, typed2. Signed Professional Standards signature page3. Final Exam Answer Form4. Learning experiences, typed5. Case studies (2), typed6. Proof of CPR/AED/First Aid Certification – photo copy, front and back7. Copy of a government-issued photo ID3. Stapleyour entire exam together.If your exam is too large, clip it together with an extra large paper clip or binder clip. DO NOT include: plastic sheet covers, spiral bound exams, binders, etc.4. Do not send in partsof your exam.Send all parts of the exam in together, to prevent any delay in processing your exam due to missing or lost items.5. Retain a copyof your entire exam for your records.In the event your exam is lost in transit, you are responsible for having a copy of your exam to re-submit.6. Mailyour examvia traceable method.
