CONTROL AND EXHIBITS 2 Control Performance Evaluation of the Plan The key roles of performance evaluation are “obtaining an accurate insight about the quality of care and promoting improvement in terms of health service delivery, administration and operational and financial management that have been identified as such”, (Lizarondo. 2014). The goal is to develop health results by inspiring the enhancements in healthcare. The principle of performance assessment is to guide and help health experts recognize concerns that need responsiveness or need expansion and recognize acceptable performance and operational practices. The performance evaluation aims for more than one dimension and is intended to address the needs of the stakeholder. It should acquire facts and statistics from numerous angles because it will give a more affluent calculation of performance to a source that has one (Lizarondo, L., 2014). Adequate Goal Progress Goals are a part of every aspect in our lives, from work, to your personal life. At the end of the day everything boils down to priorities and how you want to accomplish them. Having goals provides you with a sense of meaning and purpose, and it points us in the right direction that we need to go. Using the SMART marketing approach as a proposal to help create an efficient and marketing campaign (Root III, G., 2017). SMART is an acronym that consist of Specific,
