Dalma’s presenting problem is poor grades, but after only two sessions, she reveals to Turnbull that she is 2-months pregnant and wants to get an abortion. She contends that her parents are very religious and that they would not approve of her decision. She reveals that she has already identified a facility where her abortion can be done and that she has saved up money to payed up money to pay for the procedure.
