Downward – communication coming from a superior to be delivered and read and acted upon by a subordinate Upward – communication moving from the lower ranks to the higher, generally a resume or possibly an idea or response to a downward communication Horizontal – communication made among peers, sending a recount of the meeting someone might have missed 2) What are the two kinds of feedback and which is better? Constructive feedback focuses on what the speaker or presenter could improve on while destructive feedback is the pointing-out of flaws or wrongdoings without giving advice to help correct the problem; constructive feedback is a much better form of communication. 3) What is etiquette? Etiquette is the behavior expected of someone in a given situation (business etiquette is the manners and norms expected in the business environment) 4) What is globalization?
