Quiz One will test your knowledge gained in the first two weeks of
the quarter. You will be asked questions about music fundamentals
and about the music we've studied in class from the Medieval and
Renaissance periods. The quiz will close on the due date at the time
indicated. Late quizzes will be deducted two points for each day
passed the deadline. Although this is a take home quiz, it is strongly
recommended that you take it closed book and without your notes.
This strategy will appropriately prepare you for the in-class exams
later in the quarter. While taking the quiz, you will be asked to listen
to music and answer specific questions about the selected examples.
All questions are multiple choice and you may take the quiz a
maximum of three times to improve your score.
