Running Head: Team management 1 Part 1: Conflict within Teams Think of a conflict that occurred in a team you were a part of and analyze it. What were the main sources of the conflict? What interventions can be used to improve the quality of conflict a team? Conflict can be defined as the differences in opinions of two individuals or groups. In team environment conflicts are expected to occur because there are people with different backgrounds and thinking process have to work together, there can be instances where the interest of an individual is not aligned with that of his colleague and can spark an argument within them. Team management plays crucial role in discussing the issue in open and resolve it.
