special characters

plus (+) slash (/) question (?) quotation (“) etc.
Example

Email Addresses:
Present email addresses without the @ symbol: john(at)mail.com.
Duplicate File Names:
The name of a media file cannot be used more than once.
However, a media file can be use more than once by duplicating the file and
renaming it or changing extensions, such as: piture
