ProposalTitle: HR Proposal for the Texzilla Garments & Textile Buying Industry, Saudi ArabiaSummary and SynopsisThe Texzilla Garments and Textiles Buying factory mainly deals with garments andtextiles as its name suggests. The company is a medium sized, and it is quickly growing due tothe increasing demand of its products (Company List, n.d.). On a daily basis, the companyproduces about 10 tonnes of knitted fabrics and 30,000 pieces of t-shirts. Additionally, the rangeof products produced by the company are of a very high quality, making its sales shoot up. Thishas also prompted the need to up its game in the employee sector. The increasing sales mean thatemployees are facing a more tiresome working period with a larger workload and more demandsto meet (Company List, n.d.). This pressure is not only being felt by the management, but by thejunior stuff. This proposal, therefore, seeks to come up with new HR management practices thatwill sustain the company’s growth and maintain the employee satisfaction (Budhwar & Debrah,2013). What are some of the HR concepts that will be most highlighted? The first, is hiring andtraining. For the company to keep growing, more workers will be needed. This means that a HRteam will be required to hire the right staff. The team will conduct activities such as advertisingnew positions, conducting interviews and giving proper training to the various new and existingemployees (Martin, 2010). The second concept that will be considered is that of compensation.
