Final Project 2 Introduction The Luxury Super Store plans to open in the city. The main goal of the plan is to capture the maximum market of the area. The Store wants to expand their business in the different market too. It is kind of store in which the customer all important things get under one roof. The store has long supply chain and production house too. From the production house till the store and then in the hand of the end consumer is the main agenda of the store. There is a lot of competition in the market. Due to saturation in the market, it creates huge competition in the market. So research is very important before launching the products in the market. Problem Definition In the problem statement, it should be defined how to attract the target market. Different motivational factor tools should be involved with engaging employee and satisfy them, on the other hand, they attract more and more potential consumers too. Research Design The market research can be conducted on the basically two phenomena one it should go for the primary research and then go for the secondary research. The primary data should be gathered from the market directly. There should be different resources use. The first they should use the questionnaire survey. In the second they use the interview technique and lastly they should use the observation.

Final Project 3 In the development of questionnaire the survey should be designed in such a way that all the questions should design with age sector and gender preference. The store accommodates all type of customers. So the questionnaire should be developed in such a way that it gathers maximum data. The following question can be asked When you first enter the store which thing appeal you most? What change your behavior? Which department do you want in the store? What sort of atmosphere and staff help you want when you enter the store? What atmosphere employee want in the organization? What is the employee satisfaction level? Are employees are satisfy with hierarchy level and concentration of power in top management hand? In the interview, different interviews should be conducted. In this interview, multiple questions should be designed. The interview conducted by that customer who reflects the maximum willingness of the society. In the observation, multiple stores should be visited and find out the products and brand on their shelves. After getting the primary data than the secondary data collected from the internet through a different website. The internet also defines the values, interest, and norms of the people of the society.

Final Project 4 Data Analysis In the research, both the qualitative and quantitative data are involved. The demand and need of the customers help to design the store. Multiple charts and graphs should design in order to evaluate the data.
