Rylie Cheesman 2/28/19 Queendom Tests Interpersonal Communications Test SNAPSHOT REPORT INSIGHTFULNESS 68 Your results indicate that you are fairly adept at interpreting other people's words and actions and seeing things from their perspective - although the rare misunderstanding may occur. Overall however, you seem to realize that empathy is an essential part of good interpersonal skills and therefore, will do your best to place yourself in other people's shoes in order to better understand them. For the most part, you can sense what others are thinking and will likely adjust your behavior accordingly if a person you're conversing with seems confused or perhaps uncomfortable. There may be the occasional time when you pay more attention to the message you're sending rather than how it's received. With some time and experience, you'll likely be able to improve your insight even more. Social Skills SNAPSHOT REPORT COMFORT IN SOCIAL SITUATIONS 45 You either feel comfortable in some social settings and ill-at-ease in others, or you're just someone who generally needs time to settle in and familiarize yourself with a social situation before you can relax. Overall, you may feel awkward when you first meet people but eventually loosen up once you get to know them. This isn't a problem per se, unless you feel that this timidity or hesitation holds you back. Like learning to drive or working a muscle, it's normal that being comfortable in social situations takes time to develop. Don't let this discourage you, and don't allow uncomfortable social situations you faced in the past to sidetrack you. Keep working on your social skills and exposing to yourself to new social situations, a little bit at a time. Listening Skills SNAPSHOT REPORT PATIENCE 68 When you're interacting with others and want to add a word in edgewise or simply want to move the conversation along, you do your best to sit quietly and wait. It can be a bit of a challenge occasionally, but you are usually fairly tolerant. This is an important trait to practice, because you may be less likely to interrupt others or otherwise disrupt the flow of a conversation if you make it a point to be patient. SUCCESS ORIENTATION 70 You have a fairly internal attribution style when it comes to success. In general, you interpret your success as a result of your skills, intelligence, nice personality, etc. although you might think it takes a bit of luck as well. As a result, you are usually able to accept the credit you deserve. Your self-esteem, motivation, and general well-being certainly benefit from this
