Mesopotamians settle near the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers, the Egyptians near the Nile. Cultivation of crops Humans no longer needed to search for food as they created a steady food supply. Permanent towns Humans start to settle into one area that is favorable for farming. Farming technology (irrigation, terracing, etc.) Humans took control of their environment and made it work for them. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
