The course provides a holistic view of the company as the main subject of entrepreneurial activity, its objectives, functions, structure and resources, etc. The course provides the knowledge and develops the skills of setting goals. Students get to know how to build business models, innovate and how to make effective management decisions. Learning outcomes By completion of the course, students will have: A familiarity with current topics in strategic innovation management, such as innovation networks, idea brokering, open innovation; IBSU. Knowledge and understanding Knowledge of the different theoretical views on the nature, types and characteristics of entrepreneurship; Knowledge of how to generate business ideas; Knowledge specifications in fixed assets; Knowledge of legal forms of business organization; Knowledge of problems and solutions in “doing business"; Knowledge of the basic concepts of business modeling; Knowledge of HR-management, basics of financial modeling and presenting business projects; Knowledge of modern reporting information trends and methods of how to finance business projects; Applying knowledge Ability to implement theoretical knowledge in evaluating of business ideas;
