Upon reviewing the information provided by the various stakeholders, investors, and consumer profiles, we recommend that Bright Road expands into home health services. The reasons for this are best encapsulated by recognizing no fewer than five major areas of concern. The first of these is the financial benefit. Currently, the company faces numerous penalties from its readmission rates under current Medicare laws. The expansion of the home healthcare would alleviate the burden of hospital readmissions, thereby eliminating some of those penalties, and also bring in a potential stream of revenue from people who prefer home health care and are willing to pay more, or from individuals who choose to seek care if they can receive it at home, having not previously sought care in a hospital or other clinical setting. We recognize that the revenue stream is contingent upon being able to recruit enough prospective customers.
