EDUCATIONAL, CAREER GOALS AND JOB SATISFACTION 2 Educational, Career Goals and Job Satisfaction My career choice is drug and alcohol therapist. I would also love to work as a career educator and travel the world. I was born between 1965 and 1980 and so I belong to the generation X. This group is mainly identified as being skeptical of authority and most often they do not respect title, status or hierarchy. Besides, they seek work-life balance and would in most cases prefer an informal and fun working place. They also focus on individual projects, self- reliance and minimum supervision (Benjamin, 2016). In addition, they focus on high productivity and would complete tasks quickly to free up additional personal time. These characteristics are in line with my own expectation of work.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
