The health care system is very complex, and Hayajneh (2007) states that the system theory was needed to simplify it. Marquis and Huston (2017), define the system as a set of objects with relationships between the objects and their attributes (p. 49). According to Huston (2017), System is a collection of independent, however, correlated elements or mechanisms that work together in an organized, meaningful way to achieve the overall goals.
