Conflict Situation While I was working in a smaller home health, I use to work with a medical social worker that loved to give medical advises borderline order to the family and patients; but never tell me what she did. On the next visit, family will be asking me strange questions and they will tell me she told us to do this and that can you do it for us? My was of conflict resolving is avoid it. What they ask is could be done by all means I will get it done and will not say anything about it to her. One day, I had called the family, I was told that the patient in pain and had asked them to go head giver her PRN morphine, and I was on my way. Until I got there, she was there and had told family member about fentanyl patch because she thought the liquid morphine is not working and it is much better than the morphine.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
