Rebecca Baek Krachtus English 9/5/17 Dear Mrs. Krachtus, To introduce myself, my name is Rebecca Baek and I am 15 years old. There is nothing really interesting about myself but to start, I really like to sleep. The longest I ever slept was approximately 15 hours. I am typically lazy so I do not really enjoy playing sports. However, I used to do marching band during my freshman year and it was really tough for a non-athletic person like me. I really like to eat as well. There is a Korean saying for people who are always hungry: ‘There must be a beggar living in your stomach.’ My friends would always repeat this saying every time I was feeling hungry (which is almost the whole day). Unfortunately, I am very short compared to how much I eat. To add, I have numerous dreams and wishes that I constantly wish to come true. Firstly, I wish to grow 10 cm taller than I am right now. I know it is close to impossible but I wish to at least hope. I also want to become a singer when I grow up. I
