Day 1 Breakfast - (Strawberry watermelon juice) ~Ingredients & preparation~ 2 cups strawberries, 5 cups watermelon, juice of 1 lime (all into a blender) blend well and serve. Lunch (Papaya mango smoothie) ~Ingredients & preparation~ 4 cups papaya, 2 mangos, (all into a blender) blend well and serve. Dinner- (Creamy avocado noodles) ~Ingredients & preparation~ 1 avocado, 1 green bell pepper, 1 cup green onions, 4 garlic cloves, ½ cup cilantro, 1/3 red onion, juice of 1 lime, 2 cups spinach, 1 jalapeno (optional), ½ cup water, 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, (all into a blender, blend well then set aside), 4 zucchini (peeled & spiralized), into a bowl put 8 cups of water, 1 table salt, add zucchini into the bowl, (let sit for 1 hour, then drain and rinse), plate zucchini, pour on creamy sauce, garnish with 2 tomatoes (diced). Today’s workout~ HIIT Total calories today around = 1552

Day 2 Breakfast 6 Peaches Lunch (Chili mangos) ~Ingredients & preparation~ 5 mangos (peeled and sliced), put into bowl or zip lock bag, add 1 teaspoon chili powder, pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, juice of 1 lime, serve. Dinner- (Stuffed mushrooms) ~Ingredients & preparation~ 16oz baby Bella mushrooms, (wash, scoop out the inner), chop inner part of mushrooms, 3 sheets nori (crumbled), 1 jalapeno (diced) (optional), ½ yellow (diced), 2 cups
