Day 1 Breakfast- 1 Full honeydew melon ENJOY! Lunch- Banana strawberry ice cream -Ingredients & preparation- 5 peeled & frozen bananas ( put into a blender, blend until it’s ice cream consistency) put into a bowl then garnish with 5 chopped strawberries ENJOY! Dinner- Curry noodles -Ingredients & preparation- 4 medium zucchini (peeled & spiralized) put 2 tablespoons curry paste, 4oz coconut water, ½ yellow onion, 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 3 garlic cloves, ½ jalapeno (optional), 10 raisins, ½ avocado (put into a blender) blend until ingredients becomes a sauce consistency, (pour sauce over zucchini noodles), garnish with 1 cup chopped spinach, 10 cherry tomatoes sliced, ½ cup cilantro, ½ cup carrots shredded, ½ cup cabbage (shredded), 2 tablespoons scallions (chopped) ENJOY! Workout of the day- walk indoors or outdoors 30 minutes Total Calorie intake today around =1465

Day 2 Breakfast- 6 oranges ENJOY! Lunch- energy smoothie -Ingredients & Preparation- 4 bananas, 1 cup spinach, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2oz ice, 3oz coconut water, (blend well) ENJOY! Dinner- sushi bowl -Ingredients & Preparation- 1 full head of cauliflower (chopped into fine pieces or put into a food processor until it becomes a rice consistency) season with ½ teaspoon tamari or soy sauce ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt, teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, (mix well) garnish with 3 nori sheets (crumbled), ½ avocado (diced), 2 tomatoes (diced), 1 cup spinach (chopped), 1/3 cups green onions (chopped) ENJOY!
