BIPOLAR 2 Bipolar Mental illness can be caused by several factors ranging from biological differences, genetic factors, brain chemical imbalances, and normal life events that may result in depression. The level, persistence, and effects of the depression result in moods disorders whose effects may be too suicidal decisions because of despair. In addition, the victims are characterized by a feeling of worthlessness and inductiveness when they fail an admission to a psychiatrist. The mood disorder, marked with two distinct periods of mania episodes; the energetic times where an individual feels hyperactive normal and major depressed periods in which a person has a low self-esteem and perturbed physical feeling such as abnormal sleep, loss of appetite, and body weight (Angst, Angst, Gerber-Werder & Gamma, 2005). The physical indicators of mental disorders include not only the physical changes but also the psychological and emotional degraded levels. The mental disorders have varied structures necessary for rehabilitation. The mood disorder can be unipolar of depression period or bipolar of mania and depression episodes. For Buddy case, his mood disorder can be grouped into Bipolar II because he experienced the manic symptoms and anxiety or depression often referred to as mixed manic episodes. A psychiatrist in a mental clinic could summarize the case in the DSM-IV chart as follows Individuals Name: Buddy Individuals Disorder: Bipolar I He is at the tender age of 30 years an average that most people experience the potentially hazardous phase of mood disorder and he experiences alternative hypomanic and manic episodes (Durand, 2016).
