1 1) Um fluido é uma substância que se deforma continuamente sob ação de uma tensão de cisalhamento, não importando quão pequena ela seja. Fluidos podem ser classificados de acordo com a relação entre a tensão de cisalhamento aplicada e a taxa de deformação. Identifiquem no gráfico da relação entre tensão de cisalhamento versus taxa de deformação os principais tipos de fluidos. 2) A Figura abaixo representa o experimento de Reynolds realizado utilizando como fluido água a 25 °C, que tem massa específcia 1,0 g/cm 3 e viscosidade dinâmina 1,0 cP. 1. Reservatório de 20 L; 2. Visor de nível de água; 3. União; 4. Reservatório de corante; 5. Tubo de vidro, 15 mm de diâmetro interno; 6. Mangueira plástica. Os resultados da velocidade de escoamento do fluido em três experimentos são mostrados na Tabela a seguir.
