As nurses we are our patients advocates, we are their voices. Our patients and their families trust us with their lives and it is our responsibility to do everything within our scope of practice to make sure all of their needs are met. As nurses alone, we cannot provide our patients with everything they need to rehabilitate. Our patients require various disciplines to reach their optimal level of health.
