SUMMARY OF AMERICAN AND AUSTRALIAN CULTURE AMERICAN CULTURE Located in North America, the United States has a 12,048.00 km border with Canada (8,893 km) including (2,477 km) with Alaska and Mexico (3,155 km). It has a 19,924.00 km coastline. The United States has strained water sharing agreements with Mexico, and disputes some land boundaries with Canada in the Arctic. The United States (USA) is known as an immigrant country, because from the beginning this country was built and occupied by immigrants from Europe. At present, many ethnicities outside Europe are also found in Uncle Sam's countries, such as Mexico, Latin, Africa, China, India, Asia and so on. Although it is occupied by various people from different tribes, they still have American culture (American Culture) itself; that you can feel after living in America. The United States is a Multicultural country. The culture of the United States also varies because of the diverse communities of all kinds of ethnicities, countries, religions, and skin colors. There is no specific culture that is owned by the United States because basically the United States is indeed a multicultural country. As a multicultural country, the United States frees its citizens to bring indigenous cultures from their home regions, whatever it may be. Various kinds of world culture are mixed, but country and cowboy culture generally becomes one of the famous symbols and characteristics of America. The culture of the United States has developed throughout the world in various forms of adaptation and has affected the whole world, especially the Western world. Music in the United States is widely listened to throughout the world, and film shows and US television can be seen everywhere. Now most cities there have classical music and people; research centers and museums, dance performances, music and drama; open art projects and important architecture. The United States of America is a federal constitutional republic with fifty states and one federal district. It is almost entirely located on the North American continent with Washington D.C. as the capital. Due to its global influence, be it political, economic, military or cultural, the U.S. is often dubbed the world’s last remaining superpower since the demise of the Soviet Union.

With a total population of more than 325 million people, the United States is the third most populous country in the world behind India and China. Repeated waves of immigration have resulted in an ethnically-diverse population. America consists of several ethnic make-ups including White American (72.4%), African American (12.6%), Native American (0.9%), Asian American (4.8%) (2010 Census). The United States is the 3rd largest country in the world. Its geographical situation is very diverse. The climate varies according to geographical conditions. Basically USA has four (4) seasons; but because of the vastness of the country the climate varies and there is a huge temperature difference.
