Sara Haridi After all I read about Starbucks history and how they treat employees, I started looking at them differently. This is how all companies should be running. Just by Starbucks not calling them “employees”or “associates” but rather than that calling them “partners” is a huge change for someone working in the company. They work in a place with much respect, and they feel appreciated and motivated constantly. For a manager to acknowledge hard work and see them as partners will give them the respect and make the company such a great success. Now coming down to diversity, Starbucks encouraged it.
