Taylor Harriman Unit 2 assignment 2/10/19 Family Business Running a business especially a family ran one can be very tricky especially when you are trying to do the right thing but still want to help your family. The first stakeholder in this case would be Jane because in all sense she has nothing to gain and everything to lose after finding out what Eddie is doing to help his brother. If Jane was to tell someone about what she saw she risks it being a her word versus theirs and seeing as she is not family that could be very tricky. Greg would also be a stakeholder in this case because he also stands to lose a lot if something was to go wrong. Right now he is getting special work orders from his brother to which he is able to get more money by doing the higher commissioned jobs even though he is cheating the system by not using it as the other technicians are having to. Brad would also be a major stakeholder in the company because well this is his company and he is the one that makes the money and needs the reputation of his company to have a good reputation and needs all of his workers in order to be able to make the money he has been making. Jane has an interest in keeping what she found out a secret and to herself because she really wants to keep her job. First of all it is her first job and they took a big leap to hire her in the first place and she could really lose it all if she does go to Brad or even talk to someone else within the company, whatever she would decide to do she would need to weigh her options carefully because there is a lot on the line. Greg has an interest in keeping what happened quiet because by anyone finding out what is going on not only could he maybe lose his job, but he would lose the handout his brother is giving him and would probably not make as much money as he is right now. Brad also stands to lose a lot as well as
