I. Objective: The main purpose of this experiment is to introduce the first- order filter analysis and its design (study the high pass and low pass filters). II. Procedure: We built the circuit. We created a table with four columns labeled by the frequency, input voltage, output voltage, and the gain. We set the function generator to produce a 10 Hz and 2Vpp sine wave. We maintained the same input voltage and we started varying the signal frequency logarithmically from 10Hz to 1000 kHz. For each value of frequency, we recorded the input, and output voltages and then we computed the gain. We found the measured cut off frequency. 1- Low Pass Filter:

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
