BECOMING A PHYSICIAN 2 PATH OF BECOMING A PHYSICIAN My plan (2018) program is an assessment taken to examine one's career interests, work values, and abilities to perform certain tasks. With the various tests that are provided online, I took the Personality test, Interest Inventory test, and Skills profiler test. Amongst the three tests, I was able to gain a better understanding of what career is most ideal, best suited for me, my personal interest areas, and the basic skills career that I may excel in. According to My Plan (2018) the personality test that I took resulted in the INFP personality type. An INFP is described as an Introvert, Intuitive, Feeler, and Perceivers. We are oftentimes called “dreamers” and characterized as idealistic, deeply sensitive, loyal and gentle- natured. Based on the personality max data, INFPs make up only two percent of all sixteen personality types. That makes INFPs one of the rarest personality types (INFP personality type). Their weaknesses involve difficulty in public speaking, verbal persuasion and they prefer working alone rather than take part in teamwork-based activities. I am fifty-three percent introverted and characterized as thoughtful, aloof, and reserved (My Plan 2018). The intuitive quality of the INFP personality type is likely to be on the artistic side with immense levels of imagination and creativity. Some of their strengths include that they grasp the bigger picture, and are able to identify patterns when it comes to understanding complex situations. Their weaknesses become more noticeable as they fall into situations often and follow hunches rather than looking at all the

The Feeler section of the INFP personality type is shown as decision makers based on their principles and values as they please others and also want to be appreciated. The strengths
