Personality Analysis October 4 th , 2018 Humans are so complex. Each person has their own personality that was influenced by many factors in life. Personality is often referred to as social characteristics like sociability, generosity, kindness, deservedness, etc. On the basis of these characteristics, people judge others as strong or weak personalities, good and bad personalities, etc. Psychologists keep on utilizing the term personality to demonstrate that, the genuine or inward characteristics of a person will be unique in relation to, that of the characteristics seen clearly. Consequently, characterizing and understanding the identity isn't as simple as one may think. It is exceptionally hard to characterize identity precisely. Many psychologists have characterized identity in their own particular manners. One important concept in personality theory is the four CORE types. C stands for Commander – Seeks and initiates action, meets challenges, achieves goals, makes things happen, solves problems or in some other way moves things toward an outcome. Commanders are driven to get things done. O stands for Organizer, a thinking type is driven to take care of things – attends to details, makes sure things are right, corrects mistakes, watches out for problems (things that might go wrong). An organizer is driven to get things right. R stands for Relater, a feeling type, is driven to take care of people – attends to the needs of others, makes sure they are all right, supports and encourages, watches out for problems (things that might cause people pain or discomfort). Relater is driven to get along with others. E stands for Entertainer, seeks and initiates interaction – meets, interacts and communicates with people, takes action around getting self and others involved, inspires, motivates, entertains or in some other way moves people toward an outcome. Entertainers are driven to get connected to people and experiences.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
