Spinach must be thoroughly washed before it is consumed. b. Ground beef must be thoroughly cooked and it is important to avoid cross contamination while cooking with it. c. Peanuts should washed and rubbed thoroughly. 2. Describe how to properly handle left overs. Leftovers should be refrigerated within 2 hours of being cooked. They also should be stored at a shallow depth, and should not be refrigerated for more than 4 days (if so, then they should be frozen). 3.
