8 Week Workout Program 1. After reviewing your initial assessment, what area(s) did you plan to improve with this program? A) Upper Body: Arms , Back, Pects. B) Trunk/Core Region. Abs C) Lower Body Calves, Quadriceps. 2. List the exercises that you struggled with from the pre-fitness appraisal. Include your score, the verbal rating and most importantly the score and verbal rating you will try to achieve in the fitness appraisal at the end of the semester. Push-ups and curl ups were the exercises I struggled with the most, I scored average and below average in those exercises. In order to improve my performance in these exercises, I will Do more chest workouts(Bench press, push-ups,etc) And I will regularly do abs workouts. I am aiming to do 50+ push-ups this semester, and I want to be able to do 50+ curl ups in 1 minute. 3. How many days a week will you devote to your workout plan? At least 2-3 Days a week. 4. Do you think the goal(s) you listed in question 2 are realistic to achieve in 5-6 weeks?
