McMillianLEDR7005-7 2 Constructing a Classroom Assessment Plan Administrators in an early childhood educational setting are responsible for carrying out the big picture of a program which includes and administering the needs of the learning institution. As written in an article entitled, Early Care and Education Leadership and Management Roles: Beyond Homes and Centers, it states that today’s early care and education leaders must be politically astute, aware of and engaged in a multitude of contexts extending beyond one’s day-to-day work, and skilled in envisioning and facilitating change (Whitebook, Kipnis, Sakai, & Austin, 2012, para. 1). This statement brings us to the reason why our institution is triumphant to this today. We will continue to persevere to make our program, Kingdom Kids Childhood Development Center, a success. Our immediate purpose is to discuss the revamping of our classroom assessment process in our early childhood learning facility because suggestion for change is welcomed, and failure is not an option. We will also reiterate our educational standards and the competencies of our professional teaching staff. Lastly, we will expound on the Classroom Assessment Technics (CATs) that will be required by educators at our learning facility and how we plan to communicate the results. Jean Piaget’s concepts have challenged our teachers

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
